You can confidently use our eBanking services knowing that Grand Bank uses Multifactor Authentication to help protect your accounts from fraudulent activity, phishing scams, etc.  It automatically monitors accounts for unusual activity based on account history and requires customers to verify their identities by answering pre-selected challenge questions if unusual activity is detected. Customers also select from a library of images that are displayed upon log-in to further verify that they are connected to Grand Bank’s legitimate website rather than a fraudulent copycat site.

You also have a role in protecting your online profile and accounts.  You need to routinely review your account transactions and contact a branch representative immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity in your account or need to report a card or passcode lost or stolen.  Do not share your Online login credentials. And remember to sign off before leaving any Grand Bank line banking site, app, etc.
