How do I start using my app?
Once you’ve downloaded the app, just follow these simple steps:
- Enroll for Online Banking first to get started with Mobile Banking.
- Touch the app icon on your home screen.
- Enter your Grand Bank online banking credentials to login to access the features in the Grand Bank Mobile Banking App.
- For additional security, you will also be asked to create a four-digit PIN for fast and secure sing-in.
- You’ll have the option to enable fingerprint or face ID recognition authentication if your device supports these capabilities.

Get started by opening the Grand Bank Mobile App to your device, tap “Deposit.” Then you simply…
- Sign the back of your check and print “For Grand Mobile Deposit Only” beneath your signature endorsement
- Take a picture of the front and back sides
- Choose which account you want to deposit the funds into
- Enter the deposit amount
- If everything looks OK, just tap “Submit
You’ll get a quick email confirming the details of your deposit.
